1. Who We Are

2. Who Can Use Our Store
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on PawTrack. By using our store, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country or jurisdiction.

We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible — including photos, descriptions, and specifications.
Please note:

- Product availability is subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
The PawTrack GPS tracker requires a smartphone and internet connection to function. Please ensure compatibility before purchasing.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice
- We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout
- Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments
- We never store your full payment card details
If a pricing error occurs on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders & Fulfillment
When you place an order:
- You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately
- Your order is processed and shipped within 2–5 business days
- You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships

6. Shipping & Customs
- We ship internationally from our fulfillment partner
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country — these are the buyer's responsibility
- PawTrack is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at contact@pawtrackgps.com.
After 24 hours, your order may already be in fulfillment and we cannot guarantee cancellation. In that case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the PawTrack name, logo, product photos, text, and design — is the property of PawTrack and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
PawTrack provides GPS tracking as a tool to help locate your pet. We cannot guarantee:
- 100% uptime or uninterrupted GPS signal
- That the tracker will prevent the loss of your pet in all circumstances
- Accuracy of GPS location in all environments (underground, dense buildings, remote areas)
PawTrack shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our product, including but not limited to the loss of a pet.
Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
11. Product Use & Safety
- The PawTrack tracker is designed for cats and small pets
- Do not attach to animals under 1kg
- Ensure the clip is secure and does not cause discomfort to your pet
- Keep out of reach of young children — the device contains small components
- We are not responsible for misuse of the product

15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For customers in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
For customers in the United States, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law, and you waive any right to a class action lawsuit.
