General Terms & Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made on the PawTrack website (pawtrackgps.com). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1. Seller Information

2. Products
PawTrack sells GPS tracking devices designed for cats and small pets, along with any related accessories available on the website.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify our product range at any time without prior notice
- Correct any typographical or pricing errors on the website
- Limit quantities available for purchase
Product photos are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur depending on your screen settings.
3. Prices
- All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes
- Prices are shown in USD for US and Canadian customers, and in EUR for French and Belgian customers
- Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice
- The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment
4. Orders
Placing an Order
By completing the checkout process and clicking "Place Order," you make a firm and binding offer to purchase the selected products.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. This email constitutes acceptance of your order by PawTrack and forms a binding contract between you and PawTrack.
Order Cancellation by PawTrack
PawTrack reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:
- Payment failure or suspected fraud
- Product unavailability
- Pricing error on the website
In such cases, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Any other payment method available at checkout
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. PawTrack does not store your payment card details.
Your order will only be processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.
6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PawTrack cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)
In accordance with European consumer protection law, customers residing in France, Belgium, or other EU member states have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
Contact us at contact@pawtrackgps.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your intention to withdraw. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the product is defective
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Summary:
- 30-day return window for all customers
- Damaged or defective items: full refund or replacement, no return required
- Change of mind: refund issued upon return of unused item in original packaging
9. Legal Warranties (France & Belgium)
In accordance with French and Belgian consumer law, all products sold by PawTrack are covered by:
- Legal warranty of conformity (garantie légale de conformité) — 2 years from delivery
- Legal warranty against hidden defects (garantie contre les vices cachés) — as provided by Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code
To make a warranty claim, contact us at contact@pawtrackgps.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
10. Limitation of Liability
PawTrack's GPS tracker is a tool designed to assist in locating your pet. PawTrack cannot guarantee:
- Continuous or uninterrupted GPS signal in all environments
- The recovery of a lost pet in all circumstances
PawTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to the loss of a pet.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the exclusive property of PawTrack / Myriam Kadi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
12. Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at pawtrackgps.com/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the GDPR and French data protection law.
13. Applicable Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law.
For EU/French/Belgian customers: In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at contact@pawtrackgps.com. If no amicable resolution is reached, you may refer the matter to a certified mediator. As a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
For US & Canadian customers: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against PawTrack.
14. Changes to These Terms
PawTrack reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order shall apply to your purchase.
