Is it suitable for cats?
Yes, for adult cats. We recommend attaching it to a harness rather than a collar, which is more comfortable for a cat. It may be too big for a kitten or a very small cat.
Is a subscription required?
Yes. The subscription pays for the built-in SIM that sends your pet's location to your phone. You choose your plan in the app, for example €36.99 for 6 months (about €6.20 per month). Why every real GPS tracker needs one.
Where do you ship?
To the United States, Canada and the whole European Union.
Does it replace a microchip?
No, the two work together: the microchip identifies your pet when someone finds it, the GPS tells you where it is right away.

Does it work for cats and dogs?
Yes. At only 28 g, PawTrack is light enough for cats and small dogs, and works just as well on bigger dogs. It clips onto most standard collars.
Do I need a subscription?
Yes. The subscription pays for the 4G SIM card built into the tracker, which is what lets it work with no range limit. You choose and pay for it in the app. For example: €36.99 for 6 months, about €6.20 per month.
Why not just use an AirTag?
An AirTag isn't a GPS. It only shows a position when an iPhone happens to pass close to your pet, and it can't warn you when your pet leaves home. PawTrack has its own GPS and 4G connection: you see your pet live, wherever they are.
Is it waterproof?
PawTrack is rated IP65: it resists rain and splashes. It isn't made for swimming or baths, so take it off before your dog jumps in the water.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 9 days on a full charge, depending on how often the position updates and on network coverage.
